Believe it or not, fashion can have an impact on our Planet. Welcome to the sustainable fashion movement. This thrills me to no end! This is such an amazing shift. There is a consciousness spreading through the fashion industry, including processes towards greater ecological integrity and social justice. As a result, products are being created in environments that use materials that are earth friendly and safe for the planet. I LOVE THIS!!! Check out my top 10 favorite brands.

4 Peace Love

4 Peace Love inspires people to change the World! They share positive apparel using recycled and organic fabrics. Their fabrics are created ethically in factories that are WRAP Certified. They support Greenpeace in an effort to support climate change and protect the environment. They use eco-friendly packaging and recycled tags. Their t-shirts are amazingly soft and share a message of Peace & Love!

This company is beautiful across the board. But more importantly, they produce in factories that are ethically conscious. But what makes them even better is they source the finest fabrics. If you’re looking for high quality then look no further!!

Let’s hear if for Women!! This amazing company is all about empowering women. With a focus on creating opportunities for women, this company is a step above! Their company is comprised of over 95% women from several countries. They believe in equal and fare wages. Lastly, they share handmade products from locals all over the world.

Alternative ranks high in sustainability manufacturing in Certified Wrap facilities. They produce apparel from recycled and organic fabric. They supply many retail companies with high quality products which makes them one of my favorites!!

Wearpact uses 100% organic cotton 100% of the time. Their incredible apparel is always created in Certified Fair Trade factories. More importantly, they design without toxic chemicals and dyes. And if that’s not enough, they offer casual to dressy for the entire family!

I know that we can’t all just flip our wardrobe. HOWEVER, we can certainly start changing the way we purchase clothing. Once you find a Brand that resonates with your style you can slowly start to integrate. Lastly, hold out for sales and check resale shops for markdowns but just don’t throw in the towel!

Jen – love your website and wonderful business. I worked at Parks and when Tony joined I commented to him I had lived in Whitefish for 15 years in “other life”! I have started a new venture (not related to personal health/wellness at all) and need social media person to help. Do you contract with someone or do on your own? I would love any referrals you might help me with.
